I selected Cinergi from 3 possible suppliers who had submitted a quotation for the supply and installation of a heat pump and battery system. Before taking the final decision to invest the company already impressed me with their responsiveness and ease of engagement. The team took the time to answer all my questions even if that meant ploughing through a long email. A lot of thought went into selection of the right ASHP which included picking the vendor, not just the size of the pump. We are pleased with the Vaillant user interface. I'm looking forward though to being able to download more operational data to help me understand and optimise the running of the system. Fitted Solar panels and Teslar Powerwall battery quickly with out an disruption, left the place cleaner than when they arrived.
From the very first phone call with Megan, to the site visit (before we had the keys) with Elliot (to work out the size of our heat pump and water tank as well as there placement at the property), then Ian to make sure the radiators were appropriate for the spaces (when we were in), the team were incredible with our pre-installation support.

We found Cinergi to be a reliable and professional company with a depth of experience from a background in heating systems but with a forward looking view on the switch to renewables and a passion for the subject which they were able to enthuse us.
We had a few technical/supply issues with the install, none of which were down to Cinergi, they didn't stop working though and were determined to find the resolution, including some long late days and weekends to get us up and running as quickly as possible.
To the first time I step into the showroom to the finish every person was so helpful.
They kept to timescales agreed and explained what was going to happen throughout the process of having a heat pump, a few new radiators, boiler unit and a new shower installed.
