Steve came out promptly and found the fault immediately (it wasn't what we thought) but he explained to us what it was and how to deal with it.

Arrived promptly, diagnosed the fault, no pushy sales, very helpful and knowledgeable, replaced the alarm box at a good price and did a good job.

All staff were great — arrived when they said they would, polite and friendly and didn’t make a mess!

I couldn't thank him enough as other places i had called were trying to charge £195 without even asking any detail about the problem.

Excellent service, I had a free emergency call out, very quick to respond, definitely honest as I thought there was a major issue but it turned out a quick fix was all that was required and fees were more than reasonable.
