Have used Samuel previously with a different company and was really impressed with his service. Very thorough but did move a lot of my things without permission. Sadly he's been nothing but unprofessional as of late. Cancelling cleans repeatedly, left waiting for confirmation of cleaning time, cleaner he assigned to me did not show up and he offered no explanation nor apology. Really disappointed. I'd only recommend him if you don't mind possibly having your time wasted - otherwise he is very good at cleaning. Sorry! Just being honest!
