Rob and his team were very professional, giving us options how best to proceed and keeping us updated with photos and videos of the work being carried out.
It was a big job to complete but Wesley and the rest of the team were happy to stay late to make sure that the job was finished on the day.
After a few initial delays Premium were excellent explaining additional problems that they found and solving them quickly.
They quickly organised the scaffolding, and turned up when said they would (weather permitting) and completed the work in good time, with excellent communication throughout, so regarding potential issues and using photographs and videos to show the progress of the job.
