I had one cleaning and was really satisfied with the cleaner and the standard of cleaning. When booking the cleaning the managers were also quick to reply and understanding. However, very unfortunately the company has problems with punctuality and responsibility. When agreed for a second clean the cleaner did not turn up on the time and date agreed, I had to chase the manager and ask what is going on. I was then offered for a cleaner to come later that day or another day as if it wasn't really a big deal with the fact that I have structured and planned all my day around the cleaner and was relying on that clean to happen at the agreed time. In addition to the carpets, I also had them do sofa steam cleaning, and my sofas have never looked or smelled better - I liked the fragrance the company used for this.
From the start everything was explained clearly and upfront by the friendly phone staff, but Lenia she is absolutely amazing, I have used cleaners both locally and internationally and not 1 has come close to her standards, friendly, helpful, works quickly with attention to detail, definitely exceeded my expectations and worth every penny.
The cleaner is always on time, does a brilliant job, communication with the office staff, especially the lovely Alex, is always very easy, and their prices are highly competitive.

They sent two lovely cleaners who collected keys from the estate agents nearby, cleaned the entire 3-bedroom house really well, were very respectful, courteous and communicative, and returned keys to the agency without any hassle or fuss.
