Thai Inspired BBQ School Masterclass! We are delighted to welcome Elky, AKA The Smokin’ Elk to join us at our New Cook School. Elky from Portsmouth will be joining us in Scotland (Auldton Stoves) for a class designed to take your Kamado Cooking to the next level all inspired by Thai Cuisine from Elkys many years of visiting Thailand. The perfect opportunity to cook and drink alongside this fire fanatic mastering your outdoor cooking! FOOD & DRINK At Auldton Stoves we try and keep produce as local as possible. We will be using produce from Auldton Farm as much as possible if in season and local farms around us. Below is a sample menu of what type of things to expect. Subject to change. This Thai themed Kamado Masterclass, we’ll do a quick recap of the basics and then spend the day cooking up a feast to showcase the versatility of Kamado style BBQs.
