A job completed this week. Our client requested that the redundant fire opening be enlarged by cutting back the surround in situ and a new tiled hearth and lime render finish applied ready for an electric coal effect fire to be installed. The works were completed in 2 days, working alongside an electrician who positioned a new socket to the side if the chimney breast. Not all our clients want a wood burning stove installation or open fire, but we were still able to assist in creating a fantastic focal point in the room that served the needs of the client.
