Woodburners with back boilers are prone to tar/ soot buildups and need to be swept twice during the burning season (once every 3 months) Burning the wrong materials and not having the flue regularly can be extremely hazardous or result in a chimney fire. *Make sure a carbon monoxide alarm is in every room with a burning appliance.
