A throwback to a home extension at this historic property within the pretty conservation area of Newton Solney.nnOur brief was to extend this historic property in keeping with the conservation area of Newton Solney. The existing house already had a large garage with permission to be demolished and replaced with a new dwelling to create a fantastic contemporary space, whilst maintaining the dominant frontage of the existing house. By utilising the footprint of the existing garage and space in front to meet the clients garaging needs we added a large extension to the rear so that it couldnât be seen from the frontage.nnThe new triple garage was extended to the front with varying ridge lines to give the appearance of a traditional coach house. The main double garage has a higher ridge height to allow for the car lifts to extend into the roof space doubling the number of parking spaces. How many revisions to plans are included?

We normally offer two iterations of the design. Once the outline design has been developed, any further drastic iterations will be charged at an hourly rate.

What other consultants may I need to appoint before planning?

The size and complexity of your project will determine what other professionals will need to be involved. We will advise and can arrange the appointment of a suitable team.

Do I get a copy of my plans?

We will email you a full planning set once the planning application has been submitted. You can request a full printed set at an additional cost. You will also have access to the planning application online, where you can download all drawings and documents.
