Located in Flackwell Heath, this project initially faced setbacks with a failed application from a previous architect. However, Retsof Design was brought in to revamp the design, aligning it with the owners' vision while assuring a successful Planning Application by meeting all local planning policies. The clients, a growing family with three children, prioritised an open floor plan with designated quiet spaces for the children. Transforming the original bungalow, we're replacing the roof to allow for raising the ridge height, incorporating attractive gabled elevations with pitched window dormers to accommodate the desired room configurations.
