Do I need an appointment?

No, we welcome customers into our showrooms during our opening times and our showrooms are always manned. But we do recommend booking an appointment if you are short on time and would like to speak to a designer just so we can make sure that they are free from other appointments and consultations to give you the time you absolutely deserve!

How far can you deliver?

We can deliver our kitchens further afield in the UK from the North East if required. Our designers are well versed in online consultations and we can arrange samples to be sent to you. Whether you are living abroad for the summer and want to get started or your property is further afield we can still offer our services on a Supply Only basis if not North East based.

How long will the kitchen take to order?

From agreeing your design the manufacture of your kitchen can take 6-8 weeks. Quality is worth waiting for! Please do ask us if you are on a tighter timescale however.
