How long does it take to complete, from start to finish?

Kitchens tend to take between 5-7 days depending on size and specification. This will be fully discussed during your free consultation with one of our expert kitchen designers.

Will my new kitchen come with a guarantee?

Yes, all of our kitchens come with a 1 year guarantee on the installation and all other units, goods and appliances come with their own specific manufacturing warranties.

Will I have cooking facilities and water during the installation?

Your water supply may be temporarily turned off for a approximately 1-2 hours and is always turned back on by the end of the day. Cooking facilities are not usually reinstated until day 2 or 3. Please ask your fitter for a more accurate timescale.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 1 year guarantee on the instalation of your bathroom, and each of the other products that you select will come with their own manufacturers guarantees and warranties.

When can I use my bathroom facilities?

The toilet and sink can be used immediately after installation. Your bath / shower enclosure must not be used until the following morning after your installation is complete.
