We were emptying my house reading for completion of Sale on Friday and on Tuesday afternoon, after removing the washing machine we found that the valve was broken and we couldn't turn off the water to the cold connection. I rang Gas Hero after a recommendation on the Portslade and Mile Oak Facebook page and the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful.
