It depends. Some pricing exercises take significant time, effort, and expertise so, first things first, please get in touch in order that we can understand the nature of your proposed project. We can provide free estimates if you meet a certain criteria. For certain exercises e.g., Helping with the appointment of an architect if no drawings in place then a fee would likely be involved. If you are interested in buying a property and are considering work for this project ahead of purchase, then this is likely to have a fee.

It depends on the project. We are, primarily, a skilled team of craftsmen joiners. Yes. We do provide emergency joinery repair work within our standard working hours and have done so since 1970. This work is, primarily, contracted within framework property maintenance contracts for clients with a portfolio of property. Please get in touch if you wish to discuss such services.

No. We do not provide this service as the original sashes were made for 4mm glass. We would propose new sashes or a complete replacement depending on the condition of the existing case.
