Our recommendation when it comes to furniture is for you to use large or heavy pieces to lift up little bits and pieces of the floors Ex1: You can use the bed in a bedroom to store other items in the room as books, toys, bedside cabinets etc Ex2:You can use a large sofa in the living room to store other items in the room as chairs, coffee tables, plants etc You can also use rooms like bathrooms or kitchens to move items out of the rooms we are cleaning Please do not move all the furniture from one side to another or away from the walls The purpose is to clear the walkways where all of the soils would be compacted!

The answer is that it depends on a multitude of factors including the type of carpet you have , the type of stain and whether or not you have attempted to remove it yourself As a general rule we will do everything we can to remove stains but please be aware that they can be permanent and carpets should be cleaned for hygienic reasons with the added benefit of potential stain removal If you do however require carpet cleaning for the main purpose of removing a specific stain please make sure to send photos beforehand so we can asses the chances of the stain coming out!

You can walk on the freshly cleaned carpet if you need to, but keep in mind that you should only do it with clean house slippers or we can leave you some overshoes for you to wear while the carpet dries! Please be careful transitioning from damp carpet to solid flooring as your feet might be slippery!
