We collect two references for all members of staff working at Spotless Cleaning. If your site requires our Cleaning Operatives to have more advanced screening we will conduct DBS checks. This is usually necessary for schools, medical environments, care environments and banking establishments.

Our cleaning staff receive feedback from audits and from their customers contacting us and these are used to enter them in to the Cleaner of the Month competition. This scheme recognises cleaners who go above and beyond or do a consistently great job all the time. The winning cleaners get a bonus and their name on the website and in our staff newsletter and all customers that contribute are entered in to a prize draw to win 2 hours of free cleaning to say thanks. We also award attendance and general bonuses at Christmas.

Our General Managers regularly audit the cleaning standard at your site. This can be monthly, quarterly or 6 monthly depending on the amount of cleaning you have and your preference. You will be sent the results of the audit and your cleaning team are also informed so that they are aware of any points to pick up on prior to the next audit. If you require more regular audits this is not a problem, we can arrange them at a schedule to suit you.

Spotless are a commercial cleaning company offering regular and one-off commercial building cleaning and office cleaning. We also have a lot of experience working within doctors surgeries, dental practices and other NHS and care establishments. Spotless also offer supplementary services to compliment your regular cleaning. These are commercial carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning and oven cleaning.

No, Spotless are an independent company, established in 2008. We recruit all of our cleaning staff ourselves so they work for Spotless and are not self-employed. We cover Derby, Burton on Trent, Lichfield and Ashby and all areas in-between.
