Yes. We currently clean retirement properties on a regular basis and it's always best to give us as much information as possible including access and parking issues before we arrive. If there is limited space in the communal areas of a retirement property then the client will need to notify the owner and/ or landlord to obtain permission for us to leave the machine outside whilst still observing any access for other residents etc.

The free professional stain remover is only really suitable for tea, coffee, red wine and some food based stain removal. It is specifically designed to remove natural tannins which are found in tea, coffee & red wine. Using this product on urine, pet stains or oil-based stains will have little effect and it is recommended that you give us a call to arrange a visit or advice on what action you would need to take for those types of stains.

Absolutely not. We are providing a carpet and upholstery cleaning service and not a child minding service. Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18. We reserve the right to cancel the service at any time if this is requested by the client. Any work completed is invoiced and the remaining work re-scheduled at the next available date and time.
