Specialist stain removal is charged extra as higher priced products are used, including extra time and in some cases the use of PPE. Examples of specialist stain removal are; paint, pet stains, urine, blood, tar, chewing gum, draught marks around carpet edges or under doors, vomit, permanent inks inc. printer toner, adhesives and some cosmetics. All specialist stain removal is excluded from our bronze, silver & gold packages and prices can vary depending on severity.

No. We use large portable carpet cleaning machines and we require running water and electricity at the clients address. All jobs are different and we ask as many questions as possible for the access of our machines and equipment.
