Can you give me a quotation over the phone?

Yes. We can provide a quote via phone, WhatsApp, email and our social media accounts. Please send us some pictures alongside your request so we can give an accurate quotation and price.

How soon can I use the items after cleaning?

We use our turbocharged dryers to accelerate the drying process. Your carpets will be left slightly damp and can be walked on immediately. The drying times vary according to soiling, staining levels, humidity, ventilation and temperature.

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

The average household is recommended to have their carpets and upholstery cleaned every 6-12 months. This will, however depend on the usage and whether you have pets and children.

Do I have to move all my furniture before your visit?

No, we would ask that you move all your smaller items and breakables. Other items can be placed on special pads to avoid rust marks and dye transfer whilst your carpets are drying. We will clean up to the edges and around larger, heavier items.
