FAQs

Will I have to remove all of my furniture?

No, All I ask is you move smaller objects and breakables. Most furniture I can move, clean and put back as I progress. All furniture legs are protected with foil tabs or styrofoam blocks until the carpet is dry. This will stop any dye or rust spots from marking the carpet.

How long will my carpet take to dry?

This depends on a number of factors. How soiled the carpet is. How dense the carpet fibres are. The weather. My truck mounted cleaning system will leave the carpet touch dry normally. It is important to give the room air flow with a window open so your carpet should be dry in 2 to 4 hours.

How do we pay you?

I accept Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheques. I provide an invoice on completion of the cleaning with all the details on. And, of course you only pay me if you are happy with my work.

Are you a franchised company?

No, I am a sole trader and started my business in 1984. Most of my business is regular customers who tell their friends and family. But new clients are always welcome.
