We ask for any small or breakable items to be removed from the rooms we will be working in. Larger items like sofas and dining tables we will move for you free of charge wherever possible. We will need access to running water (preferably hot) and electric points to plug in drying equipment.

Using our powerful equipment carpets can be dry in as little as 2 hours and upholstery as little as 3 hours (heavily soiled items may take longer to dry). The weather and fibre content can make a big difference but we will explain how to get the best drying times when we see you on the day. Commercial carpets will be dry in approximately 30 minutes.

For the average family home we recommend a deep hot water clean every 12 months. This will guarantee your carpets stay more hygienically clean and they will last longer by removing abrasive particles at the bottom of the carpet pile which cannot be removed by vacuuming alone. For busy commercial carpets we recommend every 6 months to help maintain heavy traffic areas and soil level.

Urine cannot be effectively removed by hand and has to be professionally rinse extracted. A special treatment will also need to be used to neutralise the urine.
