MII Engineering Ltd are exclusively recruiting a Accounts Assistant with Purchase Ledger bias to join its finance team in Caerphilly, on a permanent basis.nnWe are looking for someone to assist with the maintenance of the Purchase Ledger, providing effective and efficient support to the finance team. The successful candidate will have experience working in a high-volume purchase ledger environment. nnKey Responsibilitiesn• Responsible for the day to day maintenance of the ledgern• Responsible for the creation of purchase requisitions for authorisation by Managementn• Matching of supplier invoices against purchase orders and posting on to the ledgern• Entering invoices in query into Opera with appropriate query typen• Reconciliation of supplier statementsn• General clerical and administrative duties for the finance department as requiredn• Maintenance of departmental archives and incoming mailn• Query chasing and resolutionnYour Profilen• IT Literate with Microsoft Office, and in particular Microsoft Exceln• The ability to work well as part of a team and autonomouslyn• The ability to work with high volumes of invoices and data entryn• Excellent communication and organisational skillsn• School or college leaver would be considered, training would be providedn• Salary dependant on experience...
