⚠️ Business Update - Existing Clients ⚠️nnYou may have seen our recent post about closing our regular domestic cleaning books for the foreseeable future…this was the first step in a direction I’d hope we’d never have to take.nnDue to a number of contributing factors we have been forced into the process of rationalising our regular DOMESTIC client base with immediate effect, and this will sadly affect a large number of our clients.nnIncreased operating costs, and low profit marginsnStaff vacancies & problems recruitingnFuel costsnTravelling timenLocationnFrequent cancellationsnLate payments nTeam feedbackn…all of these factors have been taken into consideration throughout the process.nnWhilst we are sad to have to make these cuts, detaching emotion from these decisions, we simply cannot continue to operate as we are currently.nnClients who we are able to keep may be asked to change their cleaning day/time but we will do our best to avoid this where possible - we will be in touch if this affects you.nnWe appreciate the business of each and every client - whether regular, one off, past or present and this is not something we’ve taken lightly, but hope that those affected can understand our position.nnAll clients who this applies to will be contacted in due course - this week and next. Regrettably some of you will not have much notice and may not receive another clean from us, but we will do our best to give you as much notice as we can.
