Chris + Ryan are a likeable and capable team who dealt very positively with a challenging job: removing a Rayburn range + large water cylinder + replacing them with a new combi boiler.
We had to have a new gas line installed and the engineers were brilliant.
The engineer Gary was very professional & hard working fitting a new boiler & explained how to use it as this was a digital model.
Reliable, trustworthy, efficient, friendly and professional team - cannot recommend them enough.
Friendly and got on with the job and treated my dad with respect as he has dementia.
I was able to book a service the same week and the engineer, James, arrived in the time slot and carried out the service and some other troubleshooting quickly and with great service.
This is the 3rd or 4th year now James has been to service the boiler, it's always pleasant and efficient.

They were extremely considerate and friendly and made the whole process very easy for me, keeping everything tidy as they went along as well as tidying up painstakingly at the end and removing all rubbish and obsolete material.
