Manual responded to my enquiry Saturday morning within the hour and, true to his word arrived within two hours. As the issue was not an emergency situation I was very happy with that turn around. Manual fixed the intial problem and answered other lock related questions and tightened other locks/handles around the property as well. Very polite, friendly and helpful. 100% recommend!
