HP Contracts were appointed to undertake a major refurbishment at Eling Tide Mill in Totton, Southampton as part of a Heritage Lottery Funded project. Being a Grade II* Listed Building, onerous conditions had to be addressed and the works completed to the full satisfaction of the Conservation Officer and Build Control. This presented significant challenges which HP Contracts worked collaboratively with the client team to resolve, whilst also accommodating a number of changes and additional works. The works were completed to a very high standard, with extensive glazing and listing used throughout to enhance the experience of the visiting the mill.
