I can unequivocally recommend this family run company to anyone contemplating installing solar panels and battery storage.
We obtained quotations from several companies and a couple were marginally cheaper than Insolation however we were impressed with Insolation's professionalism, technical knowledge and that they are a local family run company which finally sold it to us.
The communication throughout was excellent too along with the training session on the app when it was complete - helped me save a few more quid with the heat pump/immersion heater issue by analysing the consumption on the app😁!
The installation team were prompt, on time and very professional.
The company directors Howard and Wendy provide exceptional customer service, whether it is understanding how a system works or advising on what might best for your needs, all through the comprehensive survey, planning, install and aftercare.
