I have no knowledge of locks so may have asked some silly questions, but was able to communicate with KC over text and provide photos to understand the job required.
Nevertheless he went to help when I had no success with a few others who claimed they could be there in half an hour.
Kevin has dine a couple of jobs and to our full satisfaction.
