I rang Shane after seeing his company’s name appearing many times as a recommendation online.

Shane quickly identified problem with my lock after my layman's explanation and rectified the situation.

I don't feel comfortable with many people at my door however not only did he repair the door, take the time to explain what had happened which provided me full transparency, He was a honest and caring guy and even took a look at another door.

( same day) worked quickly and efficiently to resolve an issue with a lock on a 30 year old aluminium door.

Although I didn’t have an urgent problem Shane responded very quickly to my request and gave me transparent pricing after diagnosis of the issue.

Shane was highly recommended to me as I wanted to get a new lock with a thumb turn fitted after moving into my new house.

Shane came out to help us today with an emergency situation where we had been almost scammed out of £700 yesterday, and then left with a door that didn’t lock overnight!!

For my rear door lock I had lost the keys and instead of drilling the lock he insisted it was better to pick the lock to help presevee the existing door handle and door.

Back door upvc lock replacement, new handle and some “refitting” of the door to lessen the rubbing when opening and closing- fault due to new build contractors incorrectly fitting it.
