My recent boiler issue, I followed Shaws advice and called out the manufacturer, who fixed with new fitted factory parts -The manufacturers (Worcester Bosch) technicians agreed that Shaws detailed advice about which parts were needed and other aspects was perfectly given.
Communication was excellent and the job was completed very quickly for a reasonable cost.
Chris explained everything clearly in advance, there were no nasty surprises over costs, and their standards of workmanship are very high.
Really quick and easy to book in, turned up on time very professional good job at fair price.
I have used this company on 3 different occasions and I can't praise them enough.
The boiler isn’t on the easiest place to access the expansion vessel, but the service was carried out with no drama.
Both Angelo and Chris were extremely accomodating and kept me updated throughout the booking process.
The next morning when I got up there was a response saying they could come today (Friday) and informing me of the associated costs.
Chris fixed a leaking pipe from the water tank and went the extra mile in sorting out the water pressure which had always been poor!
