We were called to address water ingress issues on several roofs, including the main warehouse for a repeat-valued commercial client. Using an HR21 for safe access, we conducted a thorough inspection and applied liquid repairs to four areas where leaks were identified. Our solution involved applying a resilient Hydrosil reinforced silicon waterproofing product to seal joints in gutters, upstands, and roof sheet laps, ensuring a watertight seal. Additionally, we diligently cleared debris from the gutter, bagging it for removal from the site.
