Perfect example of misdiagnosis! The client had been advised to apply a waterproof cream upon the external brick & flint walls then install a new damp proof course into this old 15th Century Tudor cottage !!! We quickly understood the issue being modern sand & cements and plastering patching in areas which does not allow the structure to breath. We removed these areas and replaced with NHL Plastering using horsehair for the course and medium coats thanks to limestuff in Sailsbury 👌 Decorated using Earthbourne clay paints. Now the structure is breathable and restored correctly.
