How can you repair my drains?

If a drain is in need of repair, we will typically excavate the area and replace the pipes. Other companies will use drain lining, but in our opinion, this is not a good option, as we find this causes issues in the long run. It is better to replace the drain, which we will do.

How long have you been a company?

We have been operating for 25 years. We are a family run business and have been since our founding. These morals form the way we do business and make sure every customer is happy.

What is a soakaway drain?

In a soakaway drain the water is not deposited into the main sewer system but is instead deposited into a pipe in the ground, the idea being that the water will soakaway. Typically soakaway drains are used for rain water only.

How long will it take for an engineer to attend?

Typically, we can book you in for a same day service at the best time for you. If all appointments are taken for that day, we will book you in for your chosen time the following day. If you are having major issues we will always do our best to be there as soon as possible. We understand that drainage problems can be stressful for you.

Why do rodents get into drains?

Drains can offer a warm sanctuary for rodents and the constant food supply they can receive from houses flushing food waste down the drains makes them an ideal place for rodents. By being only a few feet underground, drains provide a hiding place for rodents to breed and gain access to a property.
