Will I be insured whilst you carry out work on my property?

Yes, we hold insurance that protects you and your property against any accidental damage including relevant health and safety insurance for the general public.

How do I know I have a leak?

A good indicator of water supply issues could include any of the following: A high water bill for no reason usually indicates a problem on your supply line. A damp patch on the driveway even in periods of very dry weather. The sound of running water when no water is being used. Boggy lawns and very green patches of grass.

Who is responsible?

The areas of responsibility for water supply pipes are shown in the diagram below. To have more clarification on the areas of responsibility you can follow this link to the water regulator OFWAT.

What type of drainage issues do you deal with?

We mainly deal with drain connections in private areas. This includes installing inspection chambers and new soil pipes where a new ensuite or bathroom is installed. We can dig on the existing drain if possible instead of using macerator pumps which can be costly to repair when blocking.
