Customer advised that he had already had someone out to give him a quote and they didn't mention this. We advised the customer of the nature of the issues evident in the pictures.nCustomer thanked us for our professionalism, and accepted the quote from us for EV Charger install complete with replacement Distribution Board to be carried out next week.nnWe would rather walk away from a job advising the customer of the issues, than add to the problems just to get an order!!nnGet in touch if you want a professional service.
