Do this for both valves, one at the top and one at the bottom. Step 2: Take off the Top Cover Now that you've isolated the MagnaClean, it's time to remove the top cover. Use the tool provided to unscrew the cap, then carefully lift out the centre part. Step 3: Clean the Outside You'll probably notice some gunk on the outside of the centre part. Take out the magnet from the centre and focus on cleaning the outside part. Just rinse it under running water. Step 4: Put it Back Together After you've cleaned off the gunk, put the magnet back in. Then, slide the whole thing back into the MagnaClean housing. Make sure it goes in straight. Tighten the cap back on using the tool. Finally, turn the valves back on, both at the top and bottom.
