It is the weekend, and the team are having some downtime after a busy week. Jude attended a callout recently for a faulty NIBE system, which was showing a 224 error code (because you all know what that means, right?). Upon further testing, he diagnosed that the fan motor had failed and had, unfortunately, damaged the PCB as well. It was not a quick fix and required the ordering of new parts and a further visit to complete the job. Chris returned as a matter of priority to fit the replacement parts and get the system back up and running. It was a job we knew like the back of our hand, so we were able to complete it confidently. One thing we constantly harp on about is the importance of regular servicing of your heat pump.
