How long does a boiler installation take?

Depending on whether you have a hot water cylinder and whether you decide to replace it or not, Installing a boiler generally takes between one and two days.

What is included in a OneStop boiler installation?

The boiler, flue, WiFi smart thermostat (if selected), wireless boiler+ thermostat (added at no additional cost), and magnetic central heating filter are typically included in all new installations. Additionally, we register the boiler for you with Gas Safe and the manufacturer.

Can I repair my boiler instead?

Please visit our repairs page to book a repair and even upload videos of your defect straight to us to help our engineers diagnose your boiler for you, subject to parts availability. With intermittent issues, this is particularly beneficial.

Will the boiler installation affect my decor?

When a heating system is already in place, there is typically never any property damage, but some boilers have been tiled or boxed in, so this must be considered when buying a new boiler. When you send us pictures of your current boiler, flue, and piping, we can promptly verify any worries you might have.

Will my gas and water be off during installation day/days?

Yes, we advise keeping a little amount of water on hand for the day, but if the job was scheduled to take two days, we strive to turn the gas and water back on by the end of the first day.
