C O M P L E T I O N 🪄 📍 Gowerton, Swansea We are excited to share some completion photos of a project we completed for two clients in neighbouring properties.. To begin, the properties, outbuilding’s and boundary walls received an anti-fungal wash down on all areas to ensure that no lichens, dirt, algae, mould or any other contaminates were on the surface which we were painting. We then had to removal all the old paint from one of the buildings due to the fact it had blown and was no longer adhering to the building. We used a high temperature jet washing system to removal the old coatings. We then removed any remaining loose plaster/paint with hand tools, following filling where required. One wall required fully hacking off and needed re-rendering, we then stabilised the walls we had rendered/filled and removed old paint coatings from. We then completed repairs to wooden fascia and soffits in some sections and had an electrician out to renew old external lights. The application process then began, which we applied two/three coats of Stormshield Masonry paint in Oat Biscuit for the main walls and Dry Grass for the secondary colour. Wooden windows and fascia boards were coated with primer on bare wood, Exterior White Undercoat and Gloss.
