Hard landscaping in Walton-on-Thames for a lovely family who keep giving us multiple houses to landscape. This was properly number 4 of the 6 landscaping and fencing projects booked with us! Some properties had real lawns and some had artificial lawns to install. All of them so far have had either Indian sandstone patios or dark grey composite decking installations. The one we start next week is actually a porcelain patio we are putting in with real lawn. Having a great local landscaping and fencing reputation in Walton-in-Thames has advantages and disadvantages. The obvious advantage of being good and recommended is that we are always booked in advance which gives job security for my staff, the downside is we can’t always fit new customers in when they want it done. We usually have a 6 - 12 week waiting list which I don’t think is particularly long but I probably don’t even quote 80 percent of enquiries as they want it started sooner! We always try to accommodate but obviously I can’t waste my time quoting when I have gardens to beautify and fencing to erect. Can’t be in 2 places at once and you can guarantee that if I take the van off to look at a job then my staff need a specific tool to do something and its not there, therefore work has to stop until i am back. Oh well, after 35 years of doing this job I must be doing something right!
