I have placed an order but need to change it?

If you have received a delivery date then please contact customer services immediately. If you have not received a delivery date then please fill out a contact form and we will be in touch. If it is click and collect and no items have been collected then please fill out a contact form and we will be in touch.

In error I have ordered a special panel and gate in the wrong size, what options do I have?

If the panel or gate has not yet been manufactured we can amend the size accordingly. Where the panel or gate has already been manufactured in the incorrect size we are unable to offer a refund as the product is bespoke and no longer saleable. We will be unable to refund the item and you will be charged in full for any replacement product.

I have placed an order when can I expect delivery?

If ordered items are in stock, you can expect delivery within 5 workings days (this is subject to variation in peak times). Please note items not immediately in stock will be subject to either a manufacturing or stocking delay but customer service will provide updates of anticipated delivery dates.

When will my click and collect order be ready?

A click and collect order can be ready within less than 1 hour subject to the items being available in stock. An email confirming when your order is available for collection will be sent. If the order is urgent and no email has been received then please contact customer service for confirmation.

Can I return an item?

We will accept the return of items in a resaleable condition within 7 days of purchase. The question of resaleable condition is at the sole discretion of management.
