Local loft conversion company looking for a self employed labourer/improver. nnWe are in need of enthusiastic self employed labourer/improver to join our small team. The position will be responsible for carrying out manual tasks such as moving heavy materials, physical labour and general site cleanliness. The potential applicant will learn new skills and progress onto other skills within the job roll. nnA successful applicant will be looking for a long term job with our company. We are looking for highly motivated labourer with a strong desire to get involved in the company to learn new skills and succeed.nnResponsibilities:n* Lift and move heavy objects.n* Understand and follow safety precautions at construction sites.n* Communicate with co-workers and supervisors.n* Communicate with customers.n* Follow direction from supervisors and subcontractors.n* Perform physical labour in a fast-paced environment.n* Knowledge of construction techniques is an advantage.n* Basic tools would be an advantage but not necessary. (Hammer, tape measure, tool belt)nnJob Types: Full-time, Part-time (self employed) nnStarting Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour with the ability to progress.
