FAQs

Can we book a site visit?

We offer an initial phone call followed by a video consultation. After this we are happy to visit your site to confirm the details and provide a full sales proposal and quotation ready for the planning submission.

How do we choose the kitchen and bathroom?

We work with Howdens and will arrange for a designer to contact you regarding the kitchen. Bathroom wise we use a standard suite from Victoria Plum, which can be changed subject to specification and potential additional costs.

What are the payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit on confirmation in order to schedule the build and order all necessary components. The remainder is due on initial structure erection (40%) and a final 10% on completion.

Buff Sandstone Patio with Fencing, Wall & New Lawn - Case Study This project started with a clearance of all trees and shrubs. The garden design process started before the clearance was completed and once the trees were gone, it totally changed the whole garden. It was originally thought the only place in the garden the sun got to was the top right side, but once the trees were cut down it allowed the sun to easily get to the whole top level of the garden. The garden re-design allowed for a larger paving area and new lawn.
