The latest project we undertook for a customer was a septic tank and soakaway installation to separate the customer's waste disposal from the adjoining property. We had to go through a lengthy process to find the most suitable waste disposal for the customer, that involved multiple conversations with both the Environment Agency and Canals and Rivers Trust so that we could ensure the customer had a waste disposal that met any regulations and one that would work for them for the longer term. The customer chose us over other waste disposal installers because we were prepared to go the extra mile to make sure they ended up with the right equipment for their property that met all necessary regulations. A septic tank and a soakaway were installed in their garden, the customer now has a fully functional waste disposal unit that will last for years to come and we left the project neat and tidy. A great end result, and more satisfied customers.

FAQs

Who would deal with my enquiry?

One of our experienced engineers will apply an appropriate scheme to the drawings based on the specification received. They will then work out the lowest cost possible to comfortably achieve the functionality outlined in the specification.

How long does it take for equipment to be delivered?

The estimated delivery time is 14-21 working days from the date of order. We will of course try to deliver your goods as soon as possible. You are also welcome to state a desired delivery date if you wish to wait longer than 14 days.

What about O&M documentation?

We send out two versions of our O&M Manuals. The first is sent to you once you have placed an order and contains information about how we propose commissioning the system, how we will set the system up and also information about each piece of equipment purchased. We ask the client to carefully check the System Operation section and to comment / confirm that it is correct. Any changes to the operation of the system need to be highlighted at this stage; otherwise we will commission the system as per the details contained within the document.

What is the warranty period on works carried out?

Our standard warranty period is 5 years from the date of practical completion of commissioning. In the unlikely event of a component or system failure we will attend site and reprogram / replace parts if necessary.
