A message from Niche There’s a lot of uncertainty and fear around at the moment due to the Corona virus. We’d like to assure all past, current & future customers of Niche Floor Systems that we are doing our very best to bring you “business as usual.” We’ve revisited our already comprehensive health and safety procedures, to look after our installers and customers during installations, including introducing additional safety equipment, overalls and gloves, and increasing our in-vehicle cleaning procedures. We are also ensuring our installers are practising frequent hand washing, following the guidelines set by the government, in order to help prevent any potential spread of the virus. In all our installations, the safety of our installers and customers is always extremely important, so we ask that if you have an installation booked at your home, and you’ve been ill recently with a high temperature, sore throat or new continuous cough, please call us immediately and we will rebook your installation. This also applies if anyone else living at your property has any of these symptoms, or if you are self-isolating. We are working closely with our suppliers and ensuring we do everything possible to continue as normally as possible with as least disruption as we can.
