Berry Bright will start work as early as 6am on commercial jobs. Our typical residential working hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am-6pm. On contracts that require cleaning after hours, we can also cater to around the clock window cleaning services in these instances.

For residential, the average size of house we clean is about 1,800 square feet. To do both the inside and outside windows, this normally takes about two hours. If you add soffits, facias and sills, this can take, two and a half to three hours. If we are just cleaning the outside of your property, small houses can be done in around 30 minutes (front and back). Larger houses can take 2-3 hours to complete. Commercial properties can vary from an hour to several days.

Window cleaners will complete the job in most weather conditions. Many of us will naturally presume that if it's already raining there is little point in cleaning the windows. This however is not the case. Berry Bright will certainly still clean your windows it it's just raining. However, h igh winds and rain would normally put a stop to us carrying out the window cleaning on that day as it's a combination of both that makes your windows dirty.
