How do I get in touch?

Are quotations free?

We try our best to lower the costs for our customers as much as we can and provide free quotes where we can but this might not always be the case and jobs that are further away or in a busy period might be subject to a call out. We make great use of the technologies available to us like WhatsApp where we can get most of the information we need to quote over pictures, which in most cases is enough to offer a quote.

Do you work on cold water tanks?

Yes, we do repair such as leaks, overflows and ball valves on cold water storage tanks Thermostatic shower valves, basin and kitchen taps. Radiators, electric radiators and all other essential heating (this includes radiator thermostatic lockshield valves).

What are the charges for emergency call outs?

Emergency call outs will cost additionally as they will require an on-call engineer to visit out of hours. We understand emergencies happen and sometimes it cannot wait they need to be dealt with as soon as possible but we would always recommend for jobs that can wait, to be booked the next working day, as it would be more cost-effective for you.

Do you actually operate 24/7?

Yes, we do. Our phone lines all divert to an emergency line after our standard operating hours finish. If you call please be patient as the operator could be busy but they will definitely call you back.
