Why should I get my boiler serviced annually?

We recommend you service your boiler once a year to ensure it is working correctly and efficiently. Servicing your boiler once a year will allow an engineer to diagnose any issues or faults that could cause long-term issues effecting the overall use and longevity of your boiler. We have a range of care plans that include a yearly service as well as additional tests and checks for your central heating system.

How will I know if my boiler needs repairing or replacing?

With our experienced engineers on hand, we'll be able to diagnose the issue with your boiler and recommend whether it would be more cost effective to replace your boiler than repair it. Repairs can range in cost so sometimes it can be benefit to replace for a brand new, more efficient boiler.

How long would it take to repair my boiler?

Timescales of a boiler repair can vary depending on how comprehensive the repair is. Our engineers will discuss the specifics of your repair and let you know when your boiler can be back to working order. Find out more about our boiler repair services.

What is a Powerflush?

A Powerflush is a procedure used to clean and maintain central heating systems, particularly those that use water-based heating methods such as boilers. Over time, sludge, rust, and other debris can accumulate within the pipes, radiators, and boiler of a heating system. This buildup can hinder the efficiency of the system, leading to reduced heating performance, higher energy bills, and potential damage to components.
