A couple of weekends ago, Becki, Sharon and two other members of their CrossFit team competed in ‘The Suffolk Games’…let’s just say it’s not for the faint-hearted. And they smashed it. The Suffolk Games involves teams of four (two males and two females) competing in five workouts against each other throughout the day.
