Good morning! We have had many phone calls regarding boilers not working due to their condensate pipe from the boiler being frozen - this is the white pipe that’s comes out at the bottom of your boiler. If you boil the kettle and carefully pour the hot water over the white pipe outside this should defrost any blockage and get you up running. Please repost this, as it may help people in this very very cold weather :)...
